Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to the Lampos Publishing Thesis and Dissertation Repository. This platform is designed to host full-text theses, dissertations, and capstone projects for academic dissemination and long-term preservation. Submissions are not peer-reviewed but are subject to basic screening for formatting, authorship verification, and institutional permission.

Before submitting, authors must obtain official permission from their respective institutions granting Lampos Publishing OPC the right to host and disseminate the manuscript online. This must be done through a signed Institutional Permission to Host Form submitted alongside the full manuscript.

Authors are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all content (e.g., appendices, images, charts, and datasets) has been cleared for publication.

• Securing necessary ethics approval if the research involves human participants, in line with national or institutional guidelines.

• Confirming that all listed authors consent to be identified and published under their names.

Submissions may be declined or returned if they:

• Lack institutional authorization;

• Contain unverified or sensitive material;

• Are improperly formatted or incomplete.

To improve acceptance:

• Make sure your title is clear and concise;

• Ensure your abstract summarizes the main aim, method, and key findings;

• Follow your institution’s standard formatting guidelines.
